Enhancing the Neighbourhood

  • We have every intention of proposing a concept that is harmonious with the character of the existing residential neighbhourhood
  • Future residents will experience access to a thriving local community, in close proximity to excellent schools, businesses, and recreational opportunities
  • This proposal will unlock many opportunities for the community, including increased high-quality housing supply and expanded recreational opportunities

Park Lands and Green Space

  • The proposed redevelopment will open up a significant area of new park and green space to the local Woodbridge community, returning private lands back to the public
  • Preserving and enhancing the natural environment on site is a key priority for this project and we will incorporate environmentally-friendly and sustainable practices into the process wherever possible
  • The site will unlock new recreational opportunities in the area

Health and Safety

  • In addition to adhering to all existing municipal and provincial by-laws and statutes, Clubhouse Developments will plan and work conscientiously to ensure minimal disruptions to the local community over the course of construction
  • We will undertake significant mitigation efforts related to air quality, noise, vibration and debris

Managing Congestion

  • As part of the planning approval process, we have hired transportation engineers to conduct a comprehensive study and prepare recommendations
